Clean Assurance Program
Hyundai has changed many of its protocols around how we serve our customers. We are wearing masks and practicing social distancing. We are also limiting the number of people you need to come in contact with the dealership. We have a remote drop off and pick up for your convenience. If you do need to come into the dealership, you need to know that we have enhanced our cleaning practices as well in the building.
Community Service
Hyundai is dedicated to community service. The company has donated over $4.5 million dollars to hospitals for testing kits. Hyundai is also providing testing centers for areas that have been really hard hit by the virus, including New Orleans, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Detroit. To date, Hyundai has given out over three-quarters of a million testing kits.
Also, Hyundai is ready and willing to help people who have been impacted by Covid19. If you have a car through Hyundai credit, and you lose your job, Hyundai will make arrangements with you so that you don’t have to lose your job and your car. If the warranty on your older model Hyundai is about to expire, Hyundai is willing to extend it so that you will have longer to decide whether to keep your car or trade it in for a new one. Whatever you decide about your car, you need to know that Hyundai is here for you in this time of crisis.
