It's alternative fuel source is next-level, helping drivers earn incredible mileage, while also putting less stress on our planet. The 2021 NEXO comes in two trim levels: Blue and Limited.
Rain-sensing Windshield Wipers
The 2021 Hyundai NEXO Blue offers several appealing features, including heated front seats and a powered tailgate. When you upgrade to the 2021 NEXO Limited, this version of the SUV comes with rain-sensing windshield wipers, a powered sunroof, hands-free tailgate operation, a heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated front seats, and remote smart parking assistance.
Hydrogen Fuel Cell Battery Pack
A lithium-ion polymer battery pack powers the 120-kilowatt/permanent-magnet electric motor of the 2021 NEXO. This battery pack is created by the hydrogen fuel cell. The Hyundai NEXO can produce 161 horsepower and 291 pound-feet of torque. Impressively, the Blue trim level earns an EPA-estimated 65 MPGe in the city and 58 MPGe on the highway. If you pick the Limited trim level, this version of the NEXO earns 59 MPGe in the city and 54 MPGe on the highway. The Blue trim has a 380-mile range, while the Limited trim has a 354-mile range.
Lane-keeping Assist
Safety is key with any SUV. This 2021 Hyundai SUV comes with a suite of standard safety features. Included in this suite is adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, and forward-collision avoidance system with pedestrian detection. Upgrade to the Limited trim level to additionally receive a blind-spot camera display in the instrument panel.
